Meet approval, Invite and MM Backup File Upload Form The first step is seeking approval to run your meet. Your Meet Invite and MM Backup file must be uploaded to the region for approval at least 4-6 weeks prior to running your meet (earlier if possible). Upon Regional approval you will be notified to continue, and the meet flyer will be: - distributed to all regional clubs. - updated on the regions web site event calendar entry. - sent to SQ for addition to the happening event calendar. Please Note: The region approves the meet based upon the content of the meet flyer you upload here. It is your clubs responsibility to ensure your MM Backup file is representative of the meet flyer event listing and conditions of meet.
