SGC Club Development Grant

Swimming Gold Coast is incredibly proud to initiate a groundbreaking development opportunity for clubs and their members - the SGC Club Development Grant.

This allocation of SGC funds is designed to provide a variety of opportunities for clubs to be able to provide better services for their members. We strongly encourage club committees to work with their coaches and members to come up with innovative plans that will provide increasingly efficient and effective delivery of development opportunities for their clubs.

After a review of the club points system from previous years, it has been decided to change the structure of the funds we distribute back to the clubs, especially given SGC now manage the preparation meets. As such, clubs will no longer receive funds from entries into SGC Championships events. Funds will be made available, through a grant application process, to SGC affiliated clubs for development activities to be undertaken by the club.
